About the project.
Developed more than 20 years ago, zapazi.bg was one of the first fully functional online booking platforms in Bulgaria.
The system introduced digital reservations at a time when such services were not yet widely established in the local market. It enabled businesses and customers to manage bookings online instead of relying on telephone or in-person scheduling.
The platform was designed to support appointment management, availability tracking, and customer interaction through a web-based interface, laying the early foundations for scalable, user-centric booking solutions in Bulgaria.
